What We Offer

INSTALLATION:

Whether it's nailed down, glued down or floated we can install solid and engineered wood flooring unfinished or prefinished. We can also install custom borders, medallions and inlays to give any floor a more distinctive look. We can finish your project right down to the floor trim installing new baseboards and baseshoe.

REFINISHING:

Refinishing is required when a wood floor becomes marred with heavy dents and scratches. CMS Flooring will sand and remove all old varnishes. We then stain the floor to your preference and apply a polyurethane finish. We can also leave the floor its natural color not staining it at all by just applying clear coats of polyurethane.

RECOATING:

If you have only minor damage to your floor or it is dull looking we suggest screening and recoating your floors. This involves a light sanding and a fresh top coat of polyurethane. When your top coat begins to show wear have it recoated it will save you the expense of having to refinish them. We recommend having your floors recoated every three to five years.
